July 3, 2012– Final registration, captain's meeting and kickoff party at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel Harbourview Ballroom 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Captain's meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m.
July 4, 2012– Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out. Open Bacardi Bar at weigh station starting at 4:00 p.m.
July 5, 2012– Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out. Open Bacardi Bar at weigh station starting at 4:00 p.m.
July 6, 2012– Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out. Open Bacardi Bar at weigh station starting at 4:00 p.m.
July 7, 2012 – Awards Banquet will be held at 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Harbourview Ballroom.
Final Registration, Captain's Meeting and Kickoff Party, July 3rd, 4:00 – 9:30 p.m. at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel in the Harbourview Ballroom. All teams that are pre-registered and teams needing to register must send at least one representative to obtain your tournament credentials and team captains bag. All anglers and boat captains must attend the scheduled angler/captain's meeting July 3rd at 7:30 p.m. in The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Harbourview Ballroom. If they do not attend, they accept and agree to be bound by all instructions and/or rule changes made during that meeting. In an effort to maximize participation registrations will be accepted until 8:30 a.m. July 4th.
Daily fishing hours: Fishing will commence at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. on the 4th, 5th, and 6th. The tournament committee reserves the privilege of changing starting and finishing times for any reason it deems necessary. A radio start will take place each morning at 8 o'clock. The official tournament channel will be 7 INTERNATIONAL.
Weigh-in: The weigh station will open at 4:00 p.m. each day.

July 12, 2012
6:45a.m. boat parade off of Hamilton Princess dock. Boats are encouraged to decorate their outriggers with flags and banners. All boats to line up behind lead boat at 6:45 a.m. and start slow parade to Two Rock Passage. Once the lead boat goes through the passage boats can throttle up. Fishing day: 8 a.m. start, 4 p.m. lines out. Open Bacardi Bar at weigh station.

Fishing day: 8 a.m. start, 4 p.m. lines out. Private tournament party starting at 6:30 p.m. till the food and Bacardi runs out. Mid-week barbecue at Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club.

Fishing day: 8 a.m. start, 4 p.m. lines out. Open Bacardi Bar at weigh station.
July 15, 2012
5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Bacardi cocktail reception at Bacardi International Building. Awards banquet will be held at 7 p.m. at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Harbourview Ballroom.
